Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping in the UK or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to Pounds or your own currency. We accept various credit cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. You may send your credit card information via the Internet, Fax or by Telephone.
Delivery Schedule:
It is our aim to despatch orders for next working day delivery although this is not a guaranteed service, if you need your goods urgently please call us so we can use a guaranteed next day service (Express) 08454 300 345. We will normally send your order within 24 hours (Economy) if ordering Kits, Re-fill Packs, Blank Cards. CD-R production services where we produce your Graphics (supplied to spec.) and Data (supplied to spec.) to disc is normally despatched between 3 - 5 working days.
CDrom manufacture can take up to 10 days from approval of artwork and data.
Shipping And Handling is calculated on-line at the Checkout.
Please Note :
If you enter the wrong postcode or address while making a purchase on the internet website and we subsequently send the goods to the wrong address, we will re-ship the goods but the re-shipping and return costs will be at your own expense!

Back Orders:
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
